Many of our products in the kitchen come from our garden: from extra virgin olive oil to rosemary, sage and thyme, from grapes to walnuts, persimmons, pears, pomegranates, figs, almonds and prickly pears that we bring to the table at breakfast, too.
We transform these delicacies according to the procedures handed down to us by our mothers and it will be possible to start the day with a breakfast supplemented by quince jam and almond-figs, as well as cakes made by our chef.
